Returns & Exchanges

Manu Atelier allows you to return or exchange your handcrafted leather goods within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item back into its original dust bag and branded box, ensuring the security seal remains unbroken to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 10 business days.
