How long does international shipping take?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days via express courier, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
You may return your unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders outside the European Union and Turkey, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
